About Us
Our journey at Connecting Care Support Services was initiated by our dedicated founding directors in 2020. Drawing from their extensive experience, knowledge, and skills, they set out to create an innovative and effective business model centred around improving the lives of individuals within our community.
It all began with a vision to bridge the gap between care and genuine human connections. Our directors recognised the profound impact of social bonds and decided to take action. They organised group outings, bringing people together in a welcoming and inclusive environment. These outings served as the foundation upon which authentic social connections were nurtured and developed. Participants found solace in the warmth of these gatherings, where they could share experiences, stories, and laughter, ultimately cultivating lasting friendships.
The ripple effect of these social interactions was remarkable. These newfound friendships naturally led to an organic influx of requests for in-home and community-based supports. Participants expressed the desire to have these connections extend beyond the group outings, seeking assistance to enhance their quality of life. Our founding directors swiftly adapted to this evolving need, recognizing that their journey had just begun.
Today, Connecting Care Support Services embodies this ethos of genuine connection and comprehensive support. We have expanded our services to meet the diverse needs of our community, all while remaining committed to the values of passion, empathy, and respect that have been with us from the very beginning.
