About Us
Connecting Care Support Services was founded in 2020 by passionate directors with a shared goal: to improve lives through meaningful support and genuine human connection.
What began with small group outings soon grew into something more powerful. These community activities helped people build friendships, feel included, and find joy in shared experiences. As participants expressed the need for more personalised support, our services naturally expanded.
Today, we proudly offer:

Our focus remains on empowering individuals and helping them live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. With empathy, respect, and a strong sense of purpose, we continue to support our community in the ways that matter most.
